About Tamara
Hi I'm Tamara Throssell, Family Coach and Mediator with practical "family skills" to help get you and your family on track. I offer effective behaviour, self-management and conflict support services to families wanting to build more peace in their lives. Working with proven coaching and conflict resolution principles, together we create an action plan that meets your individual needs. I believe you have your own answers; we just need to ask the right questions to find them! I work with individuals, teens and families 1:1 and in community, school and business organizations.
I respect people where they are in their lives with no judgment. I believe that happiness is a learned behaviour. It starts with a simple desire to want make it better, refocusing on what is working instead of what's not and taking an action step.
I coach clients to focus on personal strengths and define their idea of success. If you or your family could benefit from a new plan, take this first step!
